Sarasota, Florida is the home to many beautiful homes, clean and clear beaches with soft, white sand.
Unfortunately, because of the thunderstorms and showers that we experienced during our trip, as well as activities that involved lots of movement on both land and water, ex: bike riding and paddle boarding, I was unable to capture many beautiful landscapes, hole-in-the-wall bars, and restaurants with my DSLR camera.
Overall: the food is fresh, bike rentals were cheap, and everywhere you go, there is gorgeous, multi-million dollar homes with extraordinary styles. From Spanish inspired, to modern chic, the architecture along Lido Key, Siesta Key, and Sarasota was breath-taking.
There was stores and shopping centers all within walking distance, as well as restaurants and bars with fresh fish and craft drinks. If you visit Sarasota, you MUST visit Pangea. Hands down best hamburger and sweet potato fries I HAVE EVER HAD. No exaggeration. And they have out of this world cocktails with alcohol infused milk that you pair with your favorite cereal, like coco puffs.
And here's me enjoying the clean beach, playing in the sand, courtesy of my boyfriend's photography skills.
Go ahead and start planning your trip to Sarasota! Our Airbnb was very accommodating, modern, FULLY stocked and decently priced between myself and three other people.
